Kenth will make an appointment to visit and discuss your renovation project and ideas.

We complete a detailed Scope Of Work and fixed price quote, based on Kenth’s initial meeting with you.
Quote Amendment(s)
We make it easy for our quote to be updated, based on your feedback. This means you will get the best possible results for your renovation and for your investment.

Contract Documentation

Construction
Quality is assured. Construction work for your renovation will be carried out by our employees and regular subcontractors.

Project Management
Our admin team will work with Kenth to ensure that your project runs on time. We make the process seamless and aim toward minimising disruptions to your daily life as much as is humanly possible.

Handover
Upon completion, Kenth will perform a final inspection and attend to any minor details before we hand back your keys and let you get on with enjoying your beautiful home!

In a nutshell, we meet to discuss your needs. We draft a quote for you to look over. Based on your feedback, we make amendments as necessary. Following your approval, we get started. When the work is done, we perform a final inspection. Should our inspector find an issue, it is fixed 100% then your home is back to you for your ongoing enjoyment.
