For starters, we’ve worked on thousands of renovation projects across Australia. We are a family owned and operated company that believes in building relationships as well as homes. With 20+ years’ industry experience, we’ve seen it all. We have one of the most straightforward remodelling processes in the industry that has been crafted and streamlined by our very own Linn Nyblad.
We understand that home renovations and remodelling projects can be stressful. Our goal is to be open and transparent with you from the very beginning. When you call us, we will set up an appointment and meet with you to discuss your needs, desires and budget.
We will then provide a detailed quote and discuss all aspects with you to make sure everything is covered. Adjustments can be made without delay if any changes are in order.
After your approval, our team will get to work in a timely and professional manner.
We will stay in contact with you throughout the whole process. You’ll never feel as though you’ve been ‘left in the dark’.
When everything is finished, we will accompany you on a walkthrough and make sure you are 100% satisfied.

Kenth Nyblad | Builder
Meet Kenth, a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience and expertise in the building industry. Renowned for his can-do attitude, he excels in innovative problem-solving to bring functionality to challenging spaces. With over 30 years of renovation experience, Kenth serves as an invaluable mentor to our onsite team and will ensure your renovation is completed to the highest standard.
Linn | Manager, Business & Construction
With over 15 years of building and construction expertise, Linn has a diverse background spanning insurance repairs, new homes, and renovations. Holding a Bachelor of Business, three industry Diplomas, and a Site Supervisors Licence —Medium Rise, Linn has been recognised for her outstanding contributions in the industry. In 2023, she received the Women in Building Award at the Master Builders Sunshine Coast Housing & Construction Awards, along with the Outstanding Woman in Trade and Exceptional Small Business Manager Awards at the annual AWIC awards. Linn overseas all construction jobs and continues to foster relationships with local suppliers, contractors and interior designers to ensure we continue to provide our clients with great prices and exceptional service.
Sanna | Manager, HR & Marketing
Bringing a wealth of experience in marketing and communications, Sanna oversees our marketing initiatives and employee needs. With a Bachelor of Business in Public Relations and Marketing, and a background working with renowned brands like IKEA and Lindt chocolates, as well as the Master Builders Association of Victoria, Sanna contributes her expertise to propel the growth of Nyblad Construction.
Troy | Project Manager
Since joining us in October 2023, Troy has brought extensive expertise in both commercial and residential construction to our dynamic team. With years of experience successfully managing multiple commercial and residential projects as well as keen eye for OH&S, his commitment to excellence and meticulous attention to detail make him an invaluable asset. Troy is dedicated to ensuring seamless coordination, effective communication, and successful project outcomes, from start to finish.
Ben | Estimator
Our Estimator Ben embarked on his journey in the industry as a carpenter, gaining hands-on experience in both commercial and residential projects. His unique perspective, rooted in on-site expertise, enables him to deliver precise estimates and offer innovative design alternatives for your space that encompass both functionality and aesthetics. He’s constantly updating his skill and knowledge by keeping abreast of industry changes and new materials.
