Book in for an onsite consultation with Estimator

This is your time to discuss your renovation project, floor plans and design plans. This is also a good time to discuss if you would like contacts for professional interior design services.

Quote or estimate supplied: We complete a detailed Scope of Work and fixed price quote or an estimate based on your previous discussions with the Estimator.

Quote Presentation

Schedule an appointment at our office where we will present and go through the quote with you in person.

Contract Documentation

Once you accept the quote, we will draw up the required contract documentation to be signed by both parties.

Finalise your PC items

This is the fun part where you get to go pick your tiles, tapware and bathroom accessories such as baths, toilets, towel rails and more.

All trades are supplied and project managed by Nyblad Construction with regular updates provided to you as the project progresses.

Handover

Handover

When all works have been completed, you will be booked in for an official Quality Assurance handover with our Project Manager to go through the completed works to ensure it is up to standard and completed as per the contract.

In a nutshell, we meet to discuss your needs. We draft a quote for you to look over. Based on your feedback, we make amendments as necessary. Following your approval, we get started. When the work is done, we perform a final inspection. Should our inspector find an issue, it is fixed 100% then your home is back to you for your ongoing enjoyment.

Easy, right?

This depends on the size and scope of the project. We will generally provide progress updates weekly as we invoice for completed stages. If any changes to the scope need to be made, we will always contact you first to discuss the next course of action and any costs involved, followed by a Variation being drafted for sign-off. Our office is always available during our opening hours to answer and follow up any queries you may have.

We contract all works undertaken. We use contracts written by Master Builders QLD which will include contract terms for payment, access, completion as well as any drawings, plans and scope of works.

If you are residing in the property we are renovating we will advise you when trades are expected to be onsite. If the property is vacant, no notice will be given unless accessing outside of business hours.

We have a trusted set of subcontractors that we work with on a regular basis. All contractors are vetted to ensure they have the correct licences and insurances prior to completing works for Nyblad Construction.
