We have great connections with draftsmen, engineers and certifiers who can help turn your vision into building plans. But we don’t want you to feel trapped so while we’re happy to recommend you to our contacts, you are welcome to work with any draftsmen, engineers or certifiers of your choice. And by dealing directly with them, it means you own the plans and you can choose another builder should you want to (but why would you want to?).

Once everything is approved, we can give you a detailed quote with full scope of works to turn your building plans into your dream home. After you approve the quote, we can move into some of the more fun stuff where you get to choose your flooring, tiles, fixtures and fittings etc. We keep a range of samples from our regular suppliers at our office location and we are always happy to have a chat to you regarding your build and the various products you are considering.
